- Refunds will be made exclusively via Orange Money or MTN Mobile Money to the same number used during the purchase.

5. Partial Refunds
- If an order contains multiple items, only the returned and eligible items will be refunded.
- Shipping fees and service charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Tinktek error (wrong or defective product).
